Welcome to Citrus Clean Co's website. This site is operated by Citrus Clean Co ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following disclaimer and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please do not use our website.

By submitting payment for services rendered by Citrus Clean Co and its associated service providers, the client agrees to the following:

Hourly Service Statement & Agreement

This Statement & Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the client ("Client") and Citrus Clean Co LLC ("Booking Company") as of the date services are booked.

1. Booking Company Role & Nature of Services

Citrus Clean Co, Citrus Clean Co LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a booking and scheduling platform that connects customers (“Client,” “you”) with independent third-party cleaning service providers (“Service Providers”).

The Company does not directly perform cleaning services and is not the employer, agent, or partner of any Service Provider. Service Providers operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for the cleaning services they provide.

2. Hourly Services
All appointments are booked at an hourly rate for a set amount of time with one local service provider per appointment unless otherwise arranged in writing. Services are billed based on time, not task or outcome.

3. No Guarantees on Scope of Work
Due to the time-based nature of the appointment:
Neither Citrus Clean Co nor the Service Provider can guarantee that a specific checklist of tasks or full cleaning package will be completed during the scheduled time.

4. Packages Are Suggestions Only

All service “packages,” descriptions, checklists, or service outlines displayed on our website, booking platform, advertisements, or communications:

• These are suggested frameworks only.

• Are intended to help Clients and Service Providers customize cleaning services.

• Do not represent a guaranteed scope of work;

• Do not guarantee that any specific task will be completed.

Final scope, prioritization, and completion of tasks are determined by:

• The time booked,

• The condition of the property,

• Client instructions,

• The professional judgment of the Service Provider.

The service is time-limited, and the scope of work completed will vary depending on factors such as the condition of the space and specific client priorities.

5. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for clearly communicating any priority tasks to the Service Provider at the start of the appointment. Additional time may be scheduled at an hourly rate if more work is desired.

6. Limitation of Liability
Citrus Clean Co is not liable for incomplete services, dissatisfaction, or unmet expectations resulting from the hourly nature of the appointment or the performance of the Service Provider.

Service Limitation – Excessive Conditions & No Refund Policy

7. Scope of Work – Normal Conditions Only
All services booked through Citrus Clean Co are strictly limited to cleaning areas with normal wear and tear. Our service providers only perform standard residential and commercial cleanings.

8. No Hazardous or Excessive Conditions Accepted
Citrus Clean Co does not book or and the Service Providers do not perform any cleaning services involving:

Hazardous or biohazardous materials (e.g., bodily fluids, human/animal waste, pest infestations, mold)

Hoarding, excessive filth, or long-term neglect

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions

Structural damage or violations of health, fire, or safety codes

These conditions are outside the scope of service and will not be accepted under any circumstances — no upcharges or exceptions apply.

9. Client Disclosure Required Before Booking
Clients must notify Citrus Clean Co prior to booking if the property contains any condition that may be considered hazardous, excessively dirty, or unsafe.

Failure to disclose these conditions will result in:

Immediate cancellation of the appointment

No services rendered

No refund issued

10. No Refund Policy
If services cannot be performed due to undisclosed excessive or hazardous conditions, the appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

11. Limitation of Liability
Citrus Clean Co and its service providers are not responsible or liable for any incomplete, refused, or canceled services due to conditions that fall outside the approved scope of work.

By booking and submitting payment, the client confirms understanding and agreement to this Service Limitation, including the No Refund Policy and the requirement to disclose any excessive or hazardous conditions in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

48-Hour Notice: If the Client cancels the appointment with at least 48-hour notice before the scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of $49 will be charged and deducted from the prepaid amount. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the Client.

24-Hour Notice: If the Client cancels the appointment with less than 48 hours but at least 24-hour notice before the scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of $99 will be charged and deducted from the prepaid amount. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the Client.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used by the Client.

Governing Law:
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 

 

Photo Release Clause for Before-and-After Cleaning Documentation

By submitting payment for services rendered by Citrus Clean Co and its associated service providers, the client agrees to the following:

1. Consent to Photography:
The client grants permission for the assigned service provider to take non-identifying before-and-after photographs of areas cleaned during the appointment. These photographs will be limited to the spaces serviced and will not include any personal or identifying information, such as individuals, documents, or valuables.

​

2. Purpose of Photos:
Photos are used solely for internal documentation, quality assurance, and proof of service.

​

3. No Marketing Use Without Additional Consent:
Photographs taken under this clause will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes unless separate written and signed consent is obtained from the client in advance.

4. Legal Validity:
This release is legally binding in the State of New York and shall remain in effect for all services booked and paid for through Citrus Clean Co unless the client provides a written objection prior to the scheduled appointment.

By completing payment, the client confirms understanding and agreement to this Photo Release Clause.

THIRD PARTY BOOKING COMPANY

Citrus Clean Co acts as a third-party booking company for various cleaning service providers ("Service Providers"). We facilitate the booking of cleaning services on behalf of these Service Providers. However, we do not own, manage, or control the Service Providers.

Service Providers' Responsibility

The cleaning services provided by the Service Providers are their sole responsibility. Citrus Clean Co does not assume any liability for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by the Service Providers. Any issues or disputes arising from the services should be resolved directly with the Service Provider.

No Warranty

Citrus Clean Co makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the services provided by the Service Providers or the information contained on our website. Your use of any information or services provided by this website is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citrus Clean Co shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the services booked through our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled or operated by Citrus Clean Co. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked websites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Citrus Clean Co.
